Q: It looks so easy online, but I can't get them to do what I have seen. Have any tips?

A: Tips.. Let's see. Balls have a north and a south, therefore rings can be counter-clockwise or clockwise, thus hex sheets have polarity as well, lemma stacks of odd numbered sheets can always be flipped upside down to change polarity. Often easier to start over then attempt to fix. The behaviour of magnets are consistent, and will become predictable with practice.

Q: How can they be cleaned. I dropped them in the dirt.

A: Roll individual magnets around some scotch tape to clean them, don't play with the magnets until all the dirt is off the poles. If they are just oily or dusty, a cotton cloth or softer will do the trick.

Q: Do you ship to abroad country? How much does it cost?

A: Probably. Find your country in the shopping cart, and it will give you a shipping price.

Q: What if the magnets weaken? Can they be re-magnetised?

A: The magnetic strength can be weakened by excessive shock or heat. So don't bake them or shoot them out of a BB gun and try not to drop them onto hard surfaces too often. The demagnetisation due to time alone is about 5% in a human lifetime. They cannot be re-magnetised

Q: Do you have other colours?

A: No. Zen Magnets are colourless, and other available colours do not meet our quality standards. Gold and silver are soft and flaky. Dark nickel dilutes the mirror coating. Saturated colours are not well developed. If you're trying to take pictures of colourful magnets, try flavouring the lighting.

Q: Will my credit cards get wiped by Zen magnets?

A: As a good habit, compose back into a 6 layer hexagon for storage. The poles will mostly cancel and potential for magnetic interference is minimal. This way your credit cards and hard-drives will be safe in the same pocket.

Q: Why aren’t Zen Magnets for children?

A: It’s no secret that any time someone swallows a magnet it could, potentially, do serious harm. If two were to go into a body separately, but somehow connect, either by burrowing through or connecting across an intestine, the damage could be catastrophic. Knowing that, keeping them out of the hands of children is the only sensible way to go. The warning reads “Keep Out Of Reach Of All Children!” It’s important you take it seriously.
